Éclat is what living systems do when they are finally in right relationship with themselves and their environment.

Many businesses and their owners are caught in the juvenile phase, permanently chasing more money, more followers, more products. The qualitative maturity that makes a living system genuinely powerful and genuinely contributive stays just out of reach. The ecological and ethical business they want to build keeps receding behind the pressure to grow.

Every person and their life's work is its own ecosystem, with its own logic, its own timeline, and its own éclat waiting to happen. Here, growth means full expression, alive, sustainable, and yours. We work with the whole person and the whole business to build the conditions for that emergence.

Jack.
Jagadānanda.

Jack was born in Aotearoa New Zealand and has lived, worked and taught across Japan, Europe, and the Pacific. He is a philosopher, writer, ecological thinker, permaculture practitioner, and creative director with years of experience helping people and their businesses find the form that is genuinely theirs.

Since childhood he has felt landscapes, trees and living systems as real presences with their own intelligence. That sensitivity, held alongside a strong analytical clarity, became the ground for a practice that works where the personal and the professional are one thing. Because they always are.

He has spent years learning to read what genuinely blocks movement in a person and their work. The surface rarely tells the true story. The real question is almost always deeper, and almost always simpler, than it first appears. When it is found and met honestly, things move.

Living systems thinking, permaculture design, and a quality of attention that goes to the root, this is what he brings to the people and projects ready to be guided by it.
